We offer a one-year free warranty on our machines (excluding wear-and-tear parts such as rotary hooks, shuttle cases, bobbins, needles, and timing belts).
For services beyond the warranty period or for parts not covered by the warranty, we will charge a reasonable fee (covering round-trip travel expenses, parts, and labor).
